When an item is sold out and there is still a high demand for
it, we may re-manufacture it again and open a Backorder.
A backorder is similar to a preorder.
These items are known as backordered items and they are not in-stock (no ready stock) and cannot be shipped at the time you place an order. Shipment of backordered items will take a couple of weeks to re-manufacture and process. Thereafter, they will be shipped to you.

When your backordered item has been shipped out, an email notification will be sent to you.
For domestic orders, the in-stock item and the backorder item will be mailed out separately. The in-stock item will be shipped out first immediately once your payment has been verified. The backorder item(s) will be dispatched later.
